How does it work?

Here's how it works

1. On Monday, one of the "coordinators" sends an email to everyone on the mailing list (see Note).
2. By Wednesday, everyone responds indicating whether they will play on Saturday.

3. By Friday morning, the "coordinator" will send an email to the mailing list letting everyone know if it's on or not.

4. On Saturday morning, show up at 8:30am to play for two hours (directions to the pitch).
